Established in 1995, Our Company. is a leading yarn manufacturer in China that has its own spinning house, dyeing house, packing house, and R&D division. Deer King has about 200 employees including 38 textile technicians and engineers. A yarn manufacturer dedicated its best effort in creating hand knitting yarns and machine knitting yarns over 20 years, we currently hold 10 patents for utility model and 3 patents for invention in recent years, and the company was honored as “National High-tech Enterprise” in 2017&2020. Our goal is to be the number one hand knitting yarn manufacturer in the world!    

With 5,000 spindles in-house, Our Company. makes more than 2,000 tons superior quality yarns every year. We are located in the city of Baoding, 200km away of the capital city Beijing and sea port Tianjin.

Our Company. is an ISO certified company and BSCI certified yarn manufacturer. We export superior quality hand knitting yarns and novelty yarns to more than 20 world brands in 6 continentals including Asia, Australia, Africa, Europe, North America, and South America. Among those markets, 70% of our products are sold to Europe and North America. Deer King is dedicated yarn manufacturer to researching and developing new yarns and trendy colors to inspire the worldwide customers.      

Our products are made according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 TESTEX Zurich.

Quality Control System

Quality is our soul. To achieve zero-defect quality goal, a zero-defect quality system design and determined implementation in a must. Through about 15 years exportation experience, we have developed an excellent quality control system with involved varios forces. Our quality control system is accomplished from the raw material purchase through all process during the production and to the final shipments. We are grateful that we have been developed very good reputation and well recoganized as a premium quality yarn manufacturer . 

What did we do to retain the environment?
Throughout our corporate history, we have considered environmental protection and sustainable development as the social responsibility, and we have taken these points into company’s philosophy. We are a yarn manufacturer produce quality yarns that doesn't come at expense of our enviorment.  

In the last 10 years, we have made millions of dollars in energy saving production facilities including boiler heat recovery facility, 4500 square meter solar energy plate facility, and the most modern water conservation facility to protect and minimize damage to the enviorment. Benefits to all those investments, we are saving 30% power usage and also 870 tons of coal consumption every year.
